Oct. 26, 2009 - PRLog -- Joe Wrinn, SIOR, vice president and partner of Goodfellow Ashmore CORFAC International (www.goodfellows.com) in Danbury, is celebrating his 20th successful year with the region’s largest and oldest commercial real estate firm.  Todd Payne, SIOR, president and owner of Goodfellow Ashmore, stated, “During his tenure, Joe has completed over 700 transactions valuing in excess of $500M. During 2009 alone, he has once again been our company’s Top Producer, a distinction he has proudly held for 15 of the past 16 years. To say Joe is an invaluable asset to our firm is a true understatement.”

Wrinn has been notably influential in multiplying the breadth, experience and success of the 75-year-old Goodfellow Ashmore CORFAC International real estate firm. The largest and oldest commercial realty firm in northern Fairfield County and western Connecticut, Goodfellow Ashmore is celebrating its 75th Anniversary during 2009. Payne, grandson to co-founder Robert Goodfellow, commented, “My grandfather and Harry Ashmore founded this firm in 1934 as a real estate and insurance company, so it is very rewarding for me to be celebrating Joe’s 20th anniversary the same year as our landmark 75th.”

Since its founding in Danbury in 1934, Goodfellow Ashmore has been recognized as one of the fastest growing real estate and corporate services companies in the region. ”During the past 15 years,” explained Payne, “Goodfellow Ashmore has represented more than 1,500 clients in commercial real estate leasing and sales valued at over $1.5 Billion in Fairfield, Litchfield and New Haven Counties. Our growth is due in part to the high level of dedicated professionalism that Joe Wrinn emulates on a consistent, dependable, daily basis.”

Wrinn commented, “Much of my success comes from the fortune of having spent the first five years in the industry with our founder, Robert Goodfellow. His insights, values and integrity were instrumental in forming the foundation of my career.”

A past Danbury Chapter President of the Commercial Investment Division of the Connecticut Association of Realtors; Wrinn is also a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors; the Greater Danbury Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and the Chamber’s Small Business Advisory Council; and Secretary of the Northwest Regional Workforce Investment Board.

Locally raised and educated, Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Connecticut, and resides in Woodbury with his wife and two sons.
