Seraser Fine Dining Restaurant cooperates with local olive oil growers in Aegean part of Turkey to present the top quality olive oil, produced from the various special olives. We would like to introduce you with our special olive oil, which is served just at Seraser Fine Dining Restaurant/ Tuvana Hotel.

The Olive Oil which is used in Seraser Fine Dining Restaurant are brought from local producers of Edremit. Olive groves in this region are protected naturally from strong winds by the surrounding Ida Mountains. Moreover, breeze blowing from the North Aegean Sea covers olive trees with a mist. This olive oil contains a secret blend of olives of Edremit. As a result, this olive oil produced from late-harvested olives after mid-December has a clear goldish yellow color and is thin in texture. It has a light delicate fruity flavor unlike any other olive oil. You can easily recognize the complexity of its aromatic components by taking a whiff of a newly opened bottle. This cold pressed extra virgin olive oil with max. 0.4% acidity is recommended for those who would like to try different tastes in both cold and warm dishes.

The Seraser Fine Dining Restaurant team visit Edremit 3 times every year to taste olive oils, produced with different styles.
