FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

PR Log (Press Release)Oct 25, 2009 – Sussex-based Rock’N Body Boot Camps is gearing up for their First annual Rock’N Body Halloween Food Drive Bootcamp. Campers don Halloween costumes while performing pumpkin exercises. The event is open to the general public! A NON-Perishable food item and a pumpkin will get you in the door. Costumes are strongly encouraged but not required. All food items will be donated to the local Sussex Food Pantry.

This event creates an environment unlike any other fitness program in the Lake Country area. “Working out on a consistent basis is not easy,” says Erin Naatz, Co-Owner Rock’N Body Boot Camps. “We created this event to bring out the kid in all of our campers.” To create a fun and playful atmosphere for the participants, the workout is set to custom Halloween interval training music soundtracks powered by WorkoutMuse.com. Music is an integral part of Rock’N Body Boot Camps because all workouts are performed while listening to soundtracks that provide fat-melting interval training instructions and countdowns that tell campers exactly what to do. This allows the instructor to focus on coaching proper form and technique rather than looking at the clock.

Jim and Erin Naatz, Co-Owners of Rock’N Body Boot Camps, are a husband and wife fitness duo that has quickly built a following in the Sussex area. Erin Naatz stated: “I decided to just quit my regular old day job and start up a fitness boot camp with my husband to help people realize their physical dreams. Now we’re doing what we love and our campers couldn’t be more excited about working out with Pumpkins for the first time!”

Rock’N Body Boot Camps has recently moved into a new facility on Main Street in Sussex. “We are located in the Okinawan Karate-Do studio in the Wessex Center on Main Street.  This is an amazing brand new facility equipped with men’s and women’s locker rooms, great flooring for performing the exercises, and a great sound system which creates a very dynamic experience for our campers,” says Naatz.  Jim Naatz, co-owner of Rock’N Body Boot camps also added, “Our Fitness program is different than any other in Sussex or the entire Lake Country Area. We incorporate cardio interval training with strength training during our workouts.  The workout is very quick but also very effective. It is ideal for busy moms and dads and are usually done in 45 minutes.” When asked why they chose Halloween for their event Erin Naatz said, “I love Halloween. It just seems to bring out the kid in all of us. This is our chance to give back to the community. More importantly, fill the Sussex Food Pantry and use fitness as the vehicle to do so.  Plus, getting all of our campers together in one room with costumes and pumpkins will surely be a hoot!”

The Halloween Food Drive Boot Camp Workout will be held on Saturday, October 31st at 8:00am at The Okinawan Karate Do Studio on Main Street in Sussex Wisconsin.
