Yats Wine Experience at Clark Wine Center
Wine lovers in Angeles, Clark and Subic Philippines gathered at the Clark Wine Center located near the entrance of Clark Freeport Philippines on Friday 23rd October to attend yet another Yats Wine Experience event.
The cool evening breeze that kept all the participants in healthy wine-drinking mood for the entire evening on the roof deck garden of the large 2-storey wine shop of Yats Wine Cellars.
Wine-friendly snacks were provided by the fine-dining restaurant Yats Restaurant and Wine Bar located not far down the road in Mimosa Leisure Estate of Clark Philippines. Yats Restaurant has its own upscale and cozy wine bar called the Magnum Lounge. Hundreds of kinds of wine are available at Yats along with a good selection of Single Malt, Cognac, Armagnac and Vodka. But the favorite amont wine connoissuers is their selection of Port and sweet dessert wine from Sauternes and Bonnezeaux, plus the rare Eiswein and Beernauslese.
Yats Wine Experience is a public wine appreciation event. Because there are no sponsors, participants are never exposed to pushy wine salesmen or subjected to boring sales pitches and speeches. Every event has a different theme designed to highlight a certain aspect in wine appreciation. Although the whole point about Yats Wine Experience is really to have a wonderful time with wine and congenial company, many participants leave the event knowing more about wine.
