The most popular range is Manuka Honey. The Wild Ferns Manuka Honey collection contains Active AAH 650+ Manuka Honey. This stands for Active Antibacterial Antioxidant Honey 650+. The 650+ relates to the antibacterial activity of the honey, and is equivalent to the more commonly recognised UMF20+. Active AAH 650+ Manuka Honey is not only high in antibacterial activity, it is also extremely high in antioxidants. It is believed that using products that are high in antioxidants can help prevent or limit these negative effects.
We have been able to remove parabens and mineral oil from our Wild Ferns products and replace them with more naturally derived ingredients. We also have used recyclable board for our boxes, and have printed with soy based ink – which is also bio-degradable. Our planet is precious, and we know we must do something to help protect it for generations to come.
