Celebrity Fashion Store Supports National Breast Cancer Awareness Month

The community of Hollywood celebrity stylists, who are shopping in the store on a daily basis, buying trendy apparel for their A-List clients, immediately supported the decision and started placing a significant part of their orders online, so a portion of this money could be donated

Since 1985, October has been the dedicated National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. As part of a campaign to increase awareness, store management wish to inform the public and raise funds through the sale of the latest collections. Proceeds will go towards research into the prevention and cure of breast cancer.

With almost 200,000 new cases of invasive breast cancer expected to occur in 2009, increasing public awareness of the risk factors, detection methods and treatment options is critical.  Part of the goal of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month is to educate both men and women in self-screening methods, the importance of yearly mammograms, and the profound difference that early detection and treatment can make in dealing with breast cancer.
