ProtectNetwork is an outsourced Enterprise Identity Service on the Internet. With the release of this new major upgrade, Website administrators and Enterprise Identity Administrators (also called Sponsors) are able to provision and sponsor their Users (Employees, Partners, Customers, Contractors and Guests) into ProtectNetwork in bulk with ease and flexibility.
Enterprise customers with Administrator privileges can now upload their users in bulk into ProtectNetwork, organize them into Groups and assign them Entitlement values. These Entitlements are then released as user attributes to different trusted SAML/Shibboleth enabled sites. The site owners are now able to implement access control policies using such Entitlement values for providing access for their users.
ProtectNetwork identity service is also available via several identity federation partners worldwide such as the:
