PRLog - Oct. 23, 2009 - LA QUINTA, Calif. -- LA QUINTA, CA -- A new publication from Navy .Org titled 'Heart of a Navy SEAL' explores the qualities and characteristics it takes to be one of America's most respected group of soldiers.
The report reveals the key character traits of a successful Navy SEAL and explores the psyche of the bond of brotherhood that further strengthens this elite force.
"Loyalty, spirit, self-confidence, determination and self-discipline are all qualities attributed to being a Navy SEAL. SEALs have hearts, passion and are the epitome of strength and endurance," says Larry Fowler of Navy.org.
The 'Heart of a Navy SEAL' report aims at dispelling some claims by detailing what it takes to become part of the brotherhood.
"Because of the almost mythical reputation of the Navy SEALs, many people who would be an ideal fit for this elite group never pursue it further. This report details the character and personality traits that make for a successful Navy SEAL and offers information on how to pursue the training," says Fowler.

"Navy SEALs are great people with incredible mental discipline, intelligence, and street smarts to get the job done. Through extensive training, a US Navy SEAL becomes a warrior who utilizes and masters modern technological weaponry, elicits tactical planning and performs with the utmost precision. It's not just a job, being a Navy SEAL is a way of life."
