Six service providers will be selected for recognition throughout 2010 in the monthly training and motivation newsletter, "The Customer Communicator."
The nomination application is quick and easy and there is no cost to nominate a frontline service provider. Those selected for recognition will be featured in an article in "The Customer Communicator"
As editor Bill Keenan notes, "this is a wonderful, no-cost way for managers to recognize and reward the people on their service teams who go above and beyond to serve their customers and their companies."
