BigBuzz Communications,http://www.bigbuzz.com,  with offices New York City, Los Angeles, and Melville, NY, is pleased to announce the opening of its newest office in the Baltimore/Washington, D.C. market.  The unusual space is in keeping with the BigBuzz philosophy of never letting an idea go unexplored.

Kevin Kelly, President of BigBuzz, one of the fastest growing digital agencies in the country, says: “When this idea was first broached to me, I thought someone was joking.  Then I saw the place.  This is my Skywalker Ranch.  The office is located on one of the oldest horse farms in Maryland and has office space and a boardroom located in a converted barn that is complete with a gym and a kitchen.  The campus even has housing for staff.  It’s quite remarkable; it’s located only nine miles from Baltimore city; it’s close to the airport, train station, and major highways; and it’s just a short a car ride or train trip to D.C.  It’s also pretty cool to see thoroughbreds running across our campus.”

The office opened in early September and is run by Director of Business Strategies, former NBA and University of Maryland basketball star and Harvard J.D., Len Elmore.  Also working on the campus is affiliating BigBuzz company RG2 (RG Squared) that specializes in Innovation Strategy and is led by Wharton graduate Wendi Bukowitz and Account Planner and Strategist Deborah Schule.  Executive Creative Director Brian Keller oversees the creative output of all offices and commutes between the Baltimore/Washington space and the two New York offices.

Kelly goes on : "We have  synergy and experience in Baltimore and Washington with Len and Brian ( Creative Director Brian Keller) being familiar with the area.  Brian has worked at Baltimore and D.C. agencies and has been in partnership with Len in EKM Communications which had offices in both Baltimore/Washington and New York.  The two are University of Maryland graduates.  Deborah has been part of the D.C. advertising community for years, and Wendi is a native of Baltimore and has spent many years working in D.C.”

BigBuzz has created work for Nikon, Fuji, BASF, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Disney, Arista (Alicia Keys), and more.  Most recently, McCann’s Oatmeal, Ocean Spray, Sturm Foods, Willoughby’s Camera, Photo America, It’s Your New York, ACHC, and Unique Mill Works have joined the roster.
