Honolulu Company Expands

Honolulu, Hawaii October 22, 2009 – After Dark Enterprises INC, dba, High Tech Lights LLC the makers of Environmentally Friendly Lighting ( EFL™) light-emitting diode (LED) light bulbs, today announced that they have expanded their facilities.

High Tech Lights will now be able to continue to manufacture & distribute large quantity orders while addressing any quality control concerns before products leave the factories en-route to our U.S. distributors.

“We have invested significantly in our new Quality Control Center in Mainland China which oversees all production & operations there", said Tony Jones, CEO. "These investments will allow High Tech Lights to carry out our future business plans".

The new facilities are equipped with state-of-the-art production and testing equipment. “We are pleased to offer our customers a more efficient EFL™ T8 SMD (surface mount diode) which replaces the older dimmer blue tinted LEDs,” added Mr. Jones.

High Tech Lights LLC. announced today that it has promoted Dave Mitchell to the position of General Manager of its Honolulu location. “Since joining the company, Dave's contributions to High Tech Lights has added much needed structure to the organization” said Mr. Jones,  “In his new role as G.M., David oversee all operations of the Honolulu office”. Prior to joining High Tech Lights Mr. Mitchell was former General Manager of the Honolulu Design Center and Executive Vice President of Operations and Chief Operating Officer at Royal Hawaiian Heritage Jewelers.  He received his B.A. from University of Oregon.

High Tech Lights is known for such products as MR16 LED, now in a dimmable model, and a specialty "T5 LED Track light". With many significantly new products under development & testing, we are definitely on our way to achieve our companies goals,” added Mr Jones.
The company has recently indicated plans to open a retail store on Oahu Mid November 2009 and has signed a 10 year lease with Waterfront Properties LLC.
