Brigham and Women’s Expands Successful Relationship with MD Connect

MD Connect today announced an expansion of its relationship with the Brigham and Women’s Hospital (BWH), based on the success of an existing web marketing program promoting their Vein Care Center.
 
Oct. 23, 2009 - PRLog -- MD Connect, Inc. (Wellesley, MA) today announced an expansion of its relationship with the Brigham and Women’s Hospital (BWH).   Based on the success of an existing web marketing program promoting their Vein Care Center, the BWH decided to retain MD Connect to help address additional medical specialty markets starting with infertility treatment.

BWH began working with MD Connect in January 2009, employing their Targeted Local Marketing program to promote the BWH vein care practice.   Nearly ten months later, they have received over 500 unique patient contacts (“referrals”) and have recently expanded their Vein Care Center into a third location in Foxboro, MA.

“In just our first month, we received 57 referrals from the program” said Jessica Sugalski, practice manager of the BWH Vein Care Center.  “An in-depth audit of the results showed we scheduled 30 new patient appointments from this initial activity, for a very impressive return on investment.”  

MD Connect’s novel approach and focus on the end result (actual patient contacts) was able to produce results far beyond those of other web marketing companies with which BWH is working.  As a result, BWH will be utilizing MD Connect to perform a similar program in infertility treatment, with plans for a bariatric treatment program, and with discussions ongoing regarding numerous other specialties.
