Awarded by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), the Accredited Management Organization (AMO) distinction comprises an elite group of real estate management firms exhibiting the highest level of performance, experience, and long-term financial stability.

AMO accreditation requires that a firm have a CPM in an executive position, a minimum of three years’ experience in real estate management, six comprehensive letters of recommendation, strong overall financial health, and a pledge to abide by the Minimum Standards and Code of Ethics of the Accredited Management.
