Krystee Dryer has been promoted to technical lead at Balance Interactive of Springfield, Virginia. Dryer now leads the company’s development team in finding cost-effective and innovative solutions to clients’ websites and other technical needs.
From proposal and strategy, to development, to launch and maintenance, Dryer keeps clients' websites healthy and secure. She is involved in the quality assurance process and training. She evaluates new technologies, provides recommendations and standardizes the technical development process.
"It's very difficult to find a technical lead that has the breadth of understanding of the many technologies available and the creativity to dig in and find the solution that works best. Krystee's leadership of our development team is already paying off for our clients," said Balance CEO Tracy Betts.
Dryer is skilled in ASP.NET, PHP, MySQL, MSSQL and Perl. Her idea of a successful day is when she can elegantly program a new function for a client and can add it to her growing library of "neat tricks."
Dryer received a BS in Chemical Engineering with a concentration in mathematical modeling of chemical systems from Texas A&M University. She is a certified Ektron developer. She also has expertise in Drupal, CiviCRM, Joomla, Wordpress and DotNetNuke.
