(CALGARY)) - MoboVivo Inc., a software company that enables broadcasters to distribute TV shows on laptops, mobile phones, mobile media players and television media devices, will be featured today when Consul General of Canada, Stewart Beck, keynotes an international trade reception in Silicon Valley.
The Plug and Play Tech Center plays host to the invitation-only event, showcasing three of Alberta's finest emerging technology companies. MoboVivo founder and CEO, Trevor Doerksen, will present to an audience of investors, researchers and executives spanning the technology, investment and trade sectors.

MoboVivo recently unveiled new software, a platform that repurposes and distributes video to any device, including the iPhone, BlackBerry, Palm, PS3, PSP and xbox. MoboVivo's cloud-computing based software is developed with Cybera and the University of Calgary
