Tom and Emma Rolley annouce improvements to their database marketing software's Survey Tool.
The feature set that has been added by the Bloomtools Headquarters team includes
- matrix style questions to collect multiple responses for a single question
- skip logic for questions that only apply if a previous question was answered a certain way
- easy exporting of results into a spreadsheet for analysis
- randomisation of answer order to prevent selection bias
- notification of completion of a survey by a customer for automated surveys sent out on a trigger or set date basis
These features also continue to integrate into email campaigns and the contact management system of Bloomtools Database Marketing software to enable simple and easy creation, sending and collection of surveys.
