Menopause can be responsible for all kinds of physical, mental and emotional fluctuations. Most of us have heard about the mood swings, hot flashes and loss of sex drive associated with “The Change,” but other less-known symptoms--fatigue, sleep loss, weight gain, joint pain, even allergies and increased breast cancer risk--can arise too, making menopause a major influence on all aspects of a woman’s health. About 70% of women report having experienced menopause symptoms.
