He sells the letters in the home page of his website http://www.payperletter.com. The cost of each letter is 1 €. So, for example, a sentence of 80 letters, including spaces, costs 80 €. He decided to sell letters because there is nobody in internet that sells them. So he has a monopoly on this activity.
