| | Business is Up for Seattle Area Hair Restoration Practice
| Northwest Hair Restoration is experiencing an increase in business, which coincides with a 26 percent increase in hair loss treatments worldwide. |
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
PR Log (Press Release) –
Oct 21, 2009 – Northwest Hair Restoration, a medical practice offering hair transplantation and non-surgical solutions for hair loss, is seeing an increase in business during these recessionary times. Northwest Hair Restoration’ s boost in hair loss treatments coincides with a worldwide 26 percent increase, according to a recent survey conducted by the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS), a non-profit medical association dedicated to the advancement of the art and science of hair restoration.
“Despite financially difficult times, hair restoration treatments are being seen as an investment in the future,” said Robert Niedbalski, D.O., medical director of Northwest Hair Restoration. Patients are seeing it as an opportunity to look younger and present more viability in the workforce.”
What’s also interesting, according to the recent survey, is the average age of patients undergoing hair restoration surgery for the first time in 2008 was 38 years old – a gradual decline in age over the years. This is a consistent pattern showing that people are being more proactive in seeking treatment for hair loss rather than waiting until hair loss is more noticeable.
