New Face, New Technology for Traditional Car Wash Industry

Oct. 21, 2009 - PRLog -- As the slow economy weighs heavier on the car wash industry, QC Pacific is investing in the future with a new hire and new website.  

QC Pacific has announced that it has hired Miguel Rodriguez, the son of founder, Jose Rodriguez, to assist with management, sales, and customer service.   QC Pacific was founded in 2004 by Jose Rodriguez after years of managing, owning and working in the commercial car wash industry.  

With a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Miguel was hired in a full-time position upon graduation from Cal State Dominguez Hills.  “I grew up watching various aspects of the car wash industry and became passionate about the business and feel I have a lot to contribute,” offers Miguel.

With a vision of taking the business into the future, one of Miguel’s first major projects was to develop a corporate website at www.qcpacific.com.  Partnering with Kazu, a local marketing agency, he developed phase one of what he hopes will be a convenient source for customers to learn about services, product upgrades, special promotions, or to place reorders.  

“QC Pacific prides itself on providing superior customer service.  The creation of a website in an industry that still primarily relies on phone calls and good old fashioned face to face sales calls is meant to enhance the service we provide, not replace traditional means of doing business,” said Jose Rodriquez.

Though commercial car washes are struggling with the economy and a significant reduction in business, QC Pacific is actively increasing its services, lead by Ted Bert and, with the hire of Miguel, it’s customer service.  By looking beyond the current slowdown in business and investing in the future with a new generation of management and a new website, QC Pacific plans to be a leader in servicing the Southern California commercial car wash industry for years to come.
