Everlast, 24 Hour Fitness Launch Round Two Of The Shadow Box Workout Program Nationwide

The new, exclusive relationship will increase the scope and breadth of the already popular Everlast Shadow Box Workout in 24 Hour Fitness facilities.

   Three world champions will participate when the Everlast Shadow Box Workout launches on October 24th at 24 Hour Fitness locations in Miami (Andre Berto), New York City (Paulie Malignaggi) and Costa Mesa (“Sugar” Shane Mosley).

   The 45-minute class utilizes traditional boxing conditioning methods framed in 12, three-minute rounds that alternate between punch combos and conditioning exercises to deliver an authentic boxing workout.  Equipment, including the Pro Shadow Boxer band provided by Everlast, is incorporated into the exercises and members are encouraged to bring their own gel gloves or wraps, which are also available for purchase in select clubs and online at 24HourFitness.com.
