PR Log (Press Release) – Oct 20, 2009 – Phoenix, AZ - Sapphire Training & Consulting, LLC is proud to announce it has received trademark registration number 3676066 from the U.S. Trademark and Patent Office for the Leadership Pyramid. The trademark was originally submitted on February 11, 2009, and became effective and was registered on September 1, 2009. The Leadership Pyramid is the cornerstone of Sapphire Training & Consulting LLC’s philosophy of “Learning to Lead from the Ground Up™.” The receipt of the trademark provides Sapphire Training & Consulting, LLC with the opportunity to solidify its position in developing a new leadership model for the 21st century.

The Leadership Pyramid itself is composed of five levels which represent a complete career lifecycle for individuals looking to become visionary leaders. The five levels in the pyramid are: Following, Managing, Transitioning, Leading, and Vision. Each of these represents a stage to be achieved before successfully moving on to the next level.
