“I knew that I wanted to sell, but not unless the transaction met certain criteria based on what I believed the business to be worth,” explained Tom Gensler of Armstrong McCall. “Generational Equity helped to guide me through the process and eventually delivered a buyer and a transaction that I was comfortable with.”
