BitDefender set for growth with C-MI Labs

Oct. 20, 2009 - PRLog -- BitDefender has strengthened its channel distribution with the appointment of a fourth strategic partner to help develop growing market share in the UK and Ireland.

C-MI Labs of Godalming, Surrey is already very influential in this sector, having formerly represented a rival anti-virus vendor. According to C-MI chairman Stuart Tidy, the security channel has become very dynamic. “Whilst we can see significant growth there are also signs that people are looking for an alternative to the established ‘big’ brands.

“End user customers are taking notice of the comparative test results and are becoming much more discerning about their Internet Security. We are part of the process and we have looked closely at products that are likely to give us the best return for 2010.”
