II．Operation principle of mud cleaner
According to the linear sporting track made by screen
surface, the bottom shale shaker of the high effective cleaning machine is designed. Two motors’ perpendicular bisector angle become into an angle with the screen surface, the two motors’ rotate direction is contrary. The exciting which offset each other in the X direction made by mutual movement. The exciting force is zero. In the Y direction, the two motors’ exciting force mutual superposition bring along the whole screen box working to-and-fro along the Y direction. At the same time, the mud on the screen surface throws along the Y direction. Then came free when moving forward. Like that continually drawn to throw mud movement on the forward through the screen and leak into the mud in the mud tank, the most solid particles to be screened, thus playing a role in the mud of purification.
Cyclone is designed according to particle settlement principles, the separator drilling liquid make a certain pressure and speed through sand pump, and go into along the inner of the cyclone, the coarse particles spiral sink along the inner of cyclone in the centrifugal force and the gravity, and running out from the flowing mouth, and then fall on the shale shaker. The others go up along the cyclone, and do the next level separation to purify after running to flow mouth.

IV．Installation and adjusting of mud cleaner

Screen is expensive wearing parts of for equipment, install a high or low quality has a direct effect on screen’s life.
Screen use tensioning device. When replace the screen at the scene, we must carefully. Tension in the operation, we need secure the right to ensure screen lateral pinched the spacing blocks under the bolt hole. (1) Remove the crumbs’ opening crumbs on both sides, and then take out the crumbs. (2) Rotate the double-headed bolt use spanner, if increase the angle, you need rotate clockwise, if reduce the angle, you need rotate counter-clockwise. (3) When you adjust well, please plug into the crumbs on both sides, fit on the opening crumbs.
3.Mud cleaner Screen box angle adjustment
When the capacity of the mud or viscosity is so high, and the mud is running, we should turn up the screen box angle. When the capacity of the mud or viscosity is so low, and the screen surfaces stop working, you should turn down the screen box angle or change the screen smesh, the angle is that mud takes up three quarters of the whole screen surface for the best. The shale shaker can adjust according to the need from -1°to 5°,you can adjust arbitrary.

4. Fix the mud cleaner screen box in transport
In order to prevent damage the shale shaker in the process of transporting, you should lock the shale shaker tightly to ensure screen box and pedestal have no relevant vibration when you transport them.
Pay more attention: you should release the locking device before working, or, the locking device would damage the machine.
