DNF Security Fortifies Management Team with Addition of Hamid Marshall as Vice President

Fast-Growing IP Surveillance Manufacturer to Leverage Technology Veteran’s Proven Leadership and Experience

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

PRLog (Press Release) - Oct 20, 2009 -
Hayward, CA - DNF Security, Dynamic Network Factory’s (DNF) mission critical IP Surveillance business unit, announced today that technology veteran Hamid Marshall, a former executive, has been appointed vice president. Marshall will set the tempo for DNF Security’s expansion as the company meets growing worldwide demand for its broad range of IP surveillance solutions.

Marshall brings to DNF Security over 17 years of management experience in the physical security sector, and leading technology-based organizations. With a background that includes channel expansion, product development and systems integration, Marshall comes to DNF from Cyberwatch Security Communication, Inc. (CSCI), a provider of Managed Video Security Services (MVSS), where he was the technical director for systems integration and software development.

"We're privileged to have a seasoned professional like Mr. Marshall lead our IP surveillance unit to the next level of growth," said Mo Tahmasebi, CEO of DNF. "I am confident Hamid will make significant contributions, particularly in expanding our global reach with new partners, customers, and where substantial market opportunities exist."

Said Marshall, “DNF Security is primed for rapid growth as it capitalizes on escalating demand for open architecture video management servers and IP storage systems.  I’m very pleased to take leadership of DNF Security’s continued development, and hope to position the company as a global market leader.”

Prior to CSCI, Marshall served as project engineer for Netgear, Inc. from 2002 to 2006. During his tenure, he led the development of small-to-medium business (SMB) wireless routers and access points. In addition, Marshall served as software development manager for 3COM, Inc. from 1999 to 2002, where he managed a team of development engineers, and contributed to software development for enterprise security applications. Marshall holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from California State University, East Bay; Master of Electrical Engineering from California State University, Northridge; and Bachelor of Science (BS) degrees in Electrical Engineering and Economics from University of California, Los Angeles.
