In addition, the new clamp comes in a bright green color for quick, easy identification in the OR environment.

The versatile EZ GRIP™ Rail Clamp accepts both round and flat end accessory bars for vertical placement, as well as horizontal extension flat end bars. There is enough space in the “jaws” of the clamp to accomplish these different configurations.

“The EZ GRIP™ offers significant improvements in holding capabilities because of the high torque generated by the extra large comfort grip,” said Earl Cole, IMP product development manager. “Other grip handles are either star-shaped or are lever designed, making the mechanism harder to tighten or keep tightened.
