The Acoustic Image Ten2 has been awarded a Premier Gear Award in the November issue of Premier Guitar.
The Premier Gear Award is an honor bestowed upon a piece of gear—whether guitar, amp, effect, or other gear— that has been extraordinary enough to impress the staff of Premier Guitar. Despite the high quality of all gear reviewed by Premier Guitar, only exemplary items earn the award. The Ten2 had a unique review, as it was reviewed from both a guitarist and a bassist’s perspective.
“All the versatility and tonal nirvana,” says Premier Guitar reviewer and guitarist Bob Goffstein, “combined with a five-year warranty and AI’s legendary customer service make it very difficult to find any fault whatsoever with the Ten2.” Goffstein awarded the Ten2 a rating of 5.0, the highest possible rating.
Providing a bassist’s take, Dan Berkowitz wrote: “The Ten2 offers plenty of versatility for the bassist playing a variety of instruments. You could even double on electric and acoustic basses by plugging one into each input and dialing in separate EQs.” Berkowitz likewise gave the Ten2 a 5.0.
