Foundingpartners include Jim Tocco, formerly of Leonard, Mayer & Tocco Advertising in Birmingham, Tad Collins formerly of TC3 Group, and Mike Ladd and Jerry Fronczak, both previously with the Smith-Winchester Agency in Southfield.
