A Bank of America customer, DJ Donnelly has filed a Federal Lawsuit upon CEO, Kenneth D Lewis, CEO of Bank of America and FIA Card Services for cancelling his excellent paid credit card account in Feb of 2009 and for refusing to restore the card while still paying which damaged his credit score. Donnelly filed and case in The United District Court, in Greenville, SC. Damages sought $50,000., clearing credit reports and returning credit card. Lewis has resigned as CEO, due to the massive law suits facing Lewis and Bank of America.
