Fine Cut Advanced Engineering has recently finished an exceptionally tight schedule for 4 new rotational mould tools.
Due to an exceptionally good Californian summer, the grape harvest throughout the region has been a bumper one and a huge increase in previous crops. As such, demand for packaging crates has also increased so Fine Cut were contacted by their long established American client requiring extra tooling to meet the demand for production of the extra grape crates.
The deadline was tight as the project must be completed in time and delivered to America so manufacture of the crates could take place before picking of the fruit had begun. Fine Cut - http://www.finecut.co.uk was instructed to manufacture 4 new rotational mould tools within a 3 month period. However the engineering team worked at an unprecedented rate, with each member of the team working every hour possible to meet the deadline.
As such Fine Cut’s Advanced Engineering department not only met the client’s tight deadline but managed to complete and deliver the job 3 weeks ahead of schedule.
