Post Falls-Based Survival Fitness Boot Camp Heads Indoors - Hibernation Not the Plan!

PR Log (Press Release) – Oct 16, 2009 – During the upcoming chilly winter months, Survival Fitness Boot Camp participants will enjoy the intense workouts they’ve come to love, but this time, inside.

“The campers love our classes, but they enjoy a little central heating too,” claims Survival Fitness Boot Camp founder and fitness expert John Caylor. He explains that public demand is the driving force behind taking their fun-filled fitness programs indoors for the winter months. “Over 80% of our participants are repeat boot campers who want to continue their fitness journey with us in the winter. That tells us participants are clearly enjoying the workouts and achieving results.”

Having grown substantially in size from its beginnings, Survival Fitness Boot Camp will be offering indoor classes beginning November 2nd, 2009. The four week boot camp sessions will be held at ABCD Day Care in Coeur d’Alene, ID. The calorie-burning workouts are held Monday, Wednesday, Thursday from 5:30pm to 6:30pm.

The workouts, structured to encompass all aspects of cardiovascular and muscle-toning exercises, are suited to all fitness levels.

“Don’t be fooled. Our indoor workouts will be just as results-driven as our outdoor programs.” says Caylor. “This isn’t our time to hibernate.
