Kieron Pollard displayed one of the best ever innings of sheer batsmanship with his splendid knock of 54 runs in the match between Trinidad and Tobago and New South Wales in Hyderbad.
Moises Henriques last two overs was a nightmare that he surely would like to wish never happened. Kieron Pollard went after his bowling and hit him for three sixes in his penultimate over and rounded off the second over with two sixes.
Trindad and Tobago did well to restrict the Australians to a manageable total with some splendid bowling performance of Sherwin Ganga.
Phillip Hughes and David Warner played some exciting cricket with a splendid opening spell of 121 runs when David Warner was caught by Dwayne Bravo off the bowling of Dave Mohammed.Forty three runs later Moises Henriques was caught Lindle Simmons off the bowling of Dwayne Bravo and Philip Hughes was caught by Kieron Pollard off the bowling of Dwayne Bravo. Six runs later, the combination of Kieron Pollard and Dwayne Bravo marked the end of Steve Smith's innings.
The West Indians lost three wickets until Darren Ganga and Darren Bravo steadied the innings for Trinidada and Tobago. Dinesh Ramdin contributed with twenty three runs and therafter it was all Kieron Pollard.
