Erica Wagner, the thirteen year old entertainer from Naples, who recently performed at an "Evening On Fifth" for the Naples Downtown Association and the Naples Chamber of Commerce at Huntington Bank, will sing the National Anthem to commence the Democratic Womens' Club of Collier County (DWC) Monthly Membership Meeting on Saturday, October 17.
She hopes to perform the National Anthem for President Barack Obama at the White House someday, and at Democratic fundraiser events around the country. It's a high aspiration for a young girl. "This is something that I can do; pay homage to the President and contribute to the Democratic Party," said Erica Wagner.
While she had hoped to sing for the President at the upcoming Democratic Fundraiser in Miami on October 26, she will still be singing her way to the White House with her artistic rendition of the "Star Spangled Banner" starting in her hometown of Naples.
The Democratic Women's Club of Collier County, (DWC) Monthly Membership Meeting is at 10 a.m. to Noon, the third Saturday of every month at the Pine Ridge Best Western Hotel, 6400 Dudley Rd, (Pine Ridge Road and I-75), Naples, Florida, Elaine Vaccaro, President.
