genesissports remains the PUMA Licensee for PRO Teamsports in the UK and Ireland and will continue to design and manufacture performance-
led Technical Kit and Trainingwear, for newly signed PUMA Clubs such as Cardiff City FC and Sheffield Wednesday FC who join the likes of Reading FC, Bath Rugby and St. Helens Rugby League in the genesissports PUMA portfolio.
genesissports ‘PRO’ department will continue its focus in the UK and Ireland to deliver strong, performance-led PUMA Technical Kit and Trainingwear to our Contracted Clubs, including five Championship Clubs for the 2009/10 season.
The ‘LEISUREWEAR AND ACCESSORIES’ department will continue its focus on Club merchandise, with the creation and personalisation of Club Leisurewear and Accessories.
The ‘TEAMWEAR’ department, previously known as The Kit Team, will focus on providing stock and customised Teamwear for Semi-Pro and Amateur Teams as well as Educational Establishments.
New Appointments
Jonathan Hamburger has taken on the role of Chairman and will continue his focus on the delivery of the business’ high quality manufacturing output, between the UK and overseas.
John Howarth has been appointed to the role of Managing Director. As our former Sales Director, John’s new role will involve a key focus on the strategic direction of the business going forward.
