Stacy Calvaruso opens new Practice Management Group for Urgent Care centers

PR Log (Press Release) – Oct 19, 2009 – Stacy Calvaruso, former CEO of Urgent Care Billing and Collections of America, LLC (UCBCA) has opened a new organization named Urgent Practice Solutions which specializes in full service Practice Management services for Urgent Care and multi specialty organizations.  

Calvaruso was the Chief Executive Officer of UCBCA until they were sold to Urgent Care America (UCA) in January 2009.  Calvaruso held the position of COO for UCA until Friday, October 16, 2009.  

Commenting on her new venture, Calvaruso stated that she looks forward to developing quality relationships with clients that will ensure operational successful for the organizations.

Urgent Practice Solutions will provide new and existing medical practices with full turn-key service from start-up consulting to Credentialing, Managed Care Contracting, Coding, Billing/Collection and staff training activities.  They will have their corporate office located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana with an additional service office located in West Burlington, Iowa.
