This book the “The Price of Life” is a reflection of Mr. Ibrahim Zherka’s life as he struggled to make his journey to America. Duri as we shall call his wife has used her gift of penmanship to describe her husband’s life; from a young lad to being caught up in a fight that was not even his own but yet sought victory and redemption of his fore-fathers.

An innocent life like the flow of a river that runs down to the foothills; the crystal waters run from the depth of soil and flow to the immensity of the sea; It is not meant that human life flows like a river; somewhere clear and still and later in waterfall but always towards the vast spaces. The humans have also their sufferings imposed sometimes by prediction or destiny.”
Mr. Ibrahim Zherka’s testimony of his trials and tribulations as he traveled to America, imparted a valuable gift his to his wife and she has decided not to be selfish and share it with the rest of the world; His Life.
Even now in his latter years Ibrahim Zherka is a handsome man, he has handle life very well; he still stands proud and strong as he still carries around life’s history with him. I consider Mr. Zherka a walking Encyclopedia.
