MILTON FIRMAN, campaigner and legal adviser is waging war both with the insurers and the FSA so that those entitled to compensation get it whilst they are still alive.
He said today:
"They are an utter disgrace. Not only do they clearly mis-sell PPI but even when they know they have done so, they ignore or deny the claims. No longer. I am demanding the FSA step in. The Financial Services Ombudsman will cave in under the avalanche of claims and it is bang out of order. I demand action now."
