As Deepavali knocks the door of joy, happiness and laughter, Courtyard by Marriott brings offers lip-smacking delicacies especially crafted for this special occasion. Executive Chef Suresh Thampy offered 40 ladies reasons to indulge with his novel Deepavali creations.
The exotic Deepavali hamper at Courtyard by Marriott ensnared the ladies to head straight to the Chef’s kitchen and explore his secret bag of culinary expertise and astound the guests with more varieties of delectable delicacies. The interested participants were all geared to don the Chef’s hat and tried hands on Deepavali delicacies making the whole session more interactive and vivacious.
Executive Chef Suresh had enlisted around 7 recipes for the ladies, capturing the real taste of the occasion. The signature dishes included were:
• Truffle centered home made chocolates
• Walnut Brownies with Bourbon
• Marzipan candies
• Mini apple and cinnamon pies
• Candied orange and lemon peel Panettones
• Home made cookies / Nankhatais
• Chocolate truffle cake
