Laurel, MD - Black Bag Productions' client contemporary gospel artist Melahnē has named Holeeta Cain, owner and principal designer of Diamond Design Fashions based in Capital Heights, Maryland, as principal stylist for her public appearance, performance and personal clothing lines. Cain, who met the artist at the invitation-only 100 Black Men of Washington DC’s 2009 Congressional Black Caucus Reception held at the prestigious City Club this past September, was thrilled to add the artist to her prestigious clientele roster that includes 93.9 WKYS FM News and Community Affairs Director Sheila Stewart.
Ms. Cain who first knew Melahnē many years ago at a church both attended regularly in the Washington area, wanted to reconnect their friendship through fashion. Says Cain “as soon as Melahnē walked into the salon, I immediately envisioned how and what I could design to create an exclusive signature look for her. She is a clothing designer’s dream; she is model tall, has a great figure and looks fabulous in bold colors and accessories.”
