Terrys Fabrics will continue to make its online presence felt with three new sites on the web, developed over the last year, the first of which will be launched in October 2009. Already a leading online fabrics and homeware retailer, Terrys Fabrics are set to grow even bigger on the web when the three new window treatment specialist sites are in full operation.
Terrys have seen their own sales show a healthy increase in these areas and the specialisation of the individual new sites should help their figure burgeon even more. With traffic and revenue from curtains, blinds and poles – the specialty areas of the new sites – Terrys may venture to expand further and form a network of sub brand sites to support their central role.
The first of the new sites will be launched in October 2009 and followed promptly by the other two. The timing should serve Terrys well as the lead up to Christmas is conventionally a busy time for the interior design industry so sales are expected to be significant. However, Terrys Fabrics consider Christmas 2010 to be a more realistic time for the realisation of the new site’s presence in terms of financial returns when it has had time to conduct business and ride the effects of the economic climate.
