Kipling’s Who’s Who today recognized WWII veteran Wesley Niccolls as a business leader. Mr. Niccolls an inventor, World War II veteran and former CEO of Nicktronix, Inc. invented the low-high pitch steam whistle (United States Patent 3916818), and DC brushless motor (US Patent 3210631) that is used in all forms of space travel. Mr. Niccolls is currently working on two inventions, one is a method to safely dispose of radioactive waste, the other is a method to efficiently desalinate salt water.
Mr. Niccolls is a WWII veteran and served on the USS Hester during the invasion of Okinawa. A Signal man, Mr. Niccolls changed all the radio frequencies for the Okinawa invasion. Mr. Niccoll is a proud veteran who can been seen many times at the WWII memorial in Washington D.C. Mr. Niccoll also co-authored the book “Natural Breakdown of Planar Jets” published in June of 1971. The book studies the growth of planar jets using the hydrogen bubble technique of flow visualization.
