Silicon Valley vet joins MoboVivo as VP, Marketing

PR Log (Press Release) – Oct 16, 2009 – ((CALGARY)) - MoboVivo Inc., a software company that enables producers and broadcasters to distribute TV shows on laptops, mobile phones, mobile media players and television media devices, today announced that Silicon Valley marketing veteran, Alex Gault, had joined the company as Vice-president, Marketing.

"Alex Gault is well-known in the Valley as a creative and passionate marketer," said MoboVivo founder and CEO, Trevor Doerksen. "His years of experience in emerging media technology and extensive professional network will serve MoboVivo well as the company continues to grow."

Gault's experience includes stops with Minekey, where he led marketing and community development for two content discovery services, and LegalForce, where he was VP of Marketing. Gault is also the current VP of Digital Alberta, an industry-led organization that promotes the interests of digital media and social technology companies, in Alberta.

Scott Valentine, who has led the development of MoboVivo's go-to-market strategy, moves into the new role of Vice-president, Business Development.
