Oct 13, 2009 – MCLEAN, VA – Contextware, Inc., provider of software solutions that improve organization performance and productivity, today announced that its all web version of the Center for Disease Control’s (CDC) Emergency Response Guide which also includes an After-Action Review “how-to” guide has reached a milestone 500th subscriber. Originally released in January 2009 to the public health community, the guide takes existing CDC information and repurposes it into a step-by-step, easy to navigate web version available free to registered users.
The guide includes access to over 120 resources such as training materials, planning templates, case studies and “how-to’s”
that are presented in the context of the original CDC content. A process for conducting After-Action Reviews (AAR) – in high demand for public health officials tasked with training and responding to emergencies is also available.
