Baltimore, MD – In September 2009, The Shepherd’s Guide of Greater Baltimore reached a milestone as it celebrated 30 years of serving the Christian community. Fifty thousand copies of the 30th anniversary edition were printed and are now available for FREE at over 1200 area distributors such as local churches, Christian bookstores, and various Christian businesses.
Since 1980, the Shepherd’s Guide has been the must-have directory for people in search of trustworthy Christian businesses throughout the Baltimore area. The 30th anniversary edition contains over 300 pages filled with full color ads from various businesses, churches, ministries, and schools in the Baltimore area.
Over the years, the Shepherd's Guide has evolved to become a resourceful yellow page directory for Christian families. To mark the 30th anniversary, the Shepherd’s Guide of Greater Baltimore is now featuring captivating articles about notable Christian leaders and organizations.
The 30th anniversary edition includes a feature on Franklin Graham and Samaritan’s Purse, Graham’s emergency relief program. Also included in the 30th anniversary edition is an editorial about the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, which aims to influence athletes and coaches to spread the word of Jesus Christ.
