Charleston, SC - Russell Long, President of Change Innovations, LLC, has been selected as a member of the prestigious Society for Learning in Organizations (SoL) based in Cambridge, MA. Mr. Long is a consultant member, contributing to the select group of less than 125 members around the world. SoL was founded in 1997 as the successor to the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Center for Learning. Peter Senge, author of The Fifth Discipline was a principal founding officer. SoL is a global community with members around the world comprised of organizations, consultants and research members that enhance organizational results and increase human satisfaction. SoL publishes books, a quarterly journal, offers leadership development programs and a variety of networking opportunities for members.
