The 2009 MIAMI-BROWARD JUNIOR CARNIVAL was held on October 4, in Miramar, Florida. This event, held as part of the 25 Annual Miami Carnival, was attended by thousands who witnessed the colorful parade of costumes worn by youth celebrating the vibrancy and culture of the Caribbean.
