Ab workout myths abound all over the place.  You can see it in the gym all the time.   Questions about abdominal workouts are some of the most often asked questions I get.  Even using the best abdominal muscle exercises in the world won't get you a 6 pack if they aren't applied correctly.  With abdominal exercises it is true that quality is better than quantity.  

The reason many people are still using these ineffective methods is because of all the abdominal myths circulating in all the gyms out there.   These are some of the most pervasive myths in gyms around the world.  Even personal trainers and fitness trainers are guilty of this sometimes.  These are the people who are supposed to be experts.  

There are two primary things that you need to remember when doing an abdominal exercise routine.  First of all, abdominal muscles are the same makeup as every other skeletal muscle in your body, so why are you working them out differently? Number two, abdominal exercises do not burn belly fat.  Stop doing 200 repetitions, it won't reduce the belly fat.
