The keynote presentation will be given by from Bill Irvine, Director of Solutions Strategy and Engineering at FrontRange Solutions. Bill has previously held the role of Executive Consultant at Pink Elephant and will share some truly insightful commentary on IT Service Management, IT Governance and ITIL Best Practices encapsulating his first hand experience, which spans a 25 year career in IT. These briefing sessions will provide attendees with an opportunity to learn about successful service management implementations and how to protect and ensure a return on investment for your IT spending.

These informative seminars will be held at:
Melbourne, Crown Promenade Hotel, Wednesday 21 October
Sydney, Four Points by Sheraton Hotel, Thursday 22 October
