The Louisville Bar Association (LBA), in conjunction with the Louisville Society of Professional Journalist, is proud to present “Pretrial Publicity: How Much is Too Much?” on October 15 at 6:30 p.m. in the Bar Center located at 600 W. Main Street.
The first of two programs in the LBA Presidential Series, Pretrial Publicity will host a distinguished panel of journalist and legal professionals including retired Supreme Court Justice Martin Johnstone, WAVE-3 television anchor and reporter Janelle MacDonald, legal reporter for The Courier-Journal Jason Riley and University of Louisville Associate Law Professor Susan Duncan who will present their own unique perspectives on this volatile topic.
